This Sunday is Scout Sunday at St. Paul’s. Here are important times for this weekend:
Saturday:
Setup school gym 1:30PM until ?
Sunday:
8:30 – 9:30 final setup food & drinks, ‘old’ scout stuff
9:30 – boys in church to greet parishoners and hand out folders.
10:00 Mass
After Mass about 11:00 – coffee & doughnuts – fellowship
12:00 – take down
Please remember to come in your full, Class A (button-down) uniform!
Tomorrow’s Parents & Committee meeting will be held at Mr. Eric’s house, 119 Knowlton Ave in Kenmore starting at 6:30pm. Because of Religious Education at St. Paul’s and Feast of the Immaculate Conception masses at the church, it would be very crowded at the school. Therefore, we’re meeting at Mr. Eric’s house. Food should be available (a variation on pork & beans). Please spread the word – parents are invited & encouraged to attend!
If you need a new uniform, the Scout Shop has everything you need. Check their hours on the GNFC website. When you walk in, there are handouts on the wall to the far left for what you need for a uniform.
However, you can save a bundle by shopping on eBay. Check out the Cub Scout Uniforms on eBay.

In your den’s month, you (the den leader) are responsible for getting to Council between our leader’s meeting (2nd Tuesday of the month) and the awards ceremony (3rd Wednesday of the month).
The Greater Niagara Frontier Council Boy Scouts of America Wants You!
The Greater Niagara Frontier Council, Boy Scouts of America is currently recruiting for an “Elite Volunteer Corps”. During these times of funding cutbacks and staff shortages, we are turning to you, our loyal volunteers, for assistance. We are looking for help at our reception desk, filing, data entry, bulk mailings, entering training records, and more. If you have a few hours a week to spare, we hope you will consider joining our corps. April’s Leader’s Meeting (parents are always invited) will be held on Tuesday April 7th at Mr. Eric’s house (119 Knowlton Ave in Kenmore) starting at 6:30pm. Topics to be discussed include our trip to Penn Dixie, the Blue & Gold dinner, next year’s leadership, and others.
